Before you book your reservations for the Cruise Package,
you must first agree to the following terms:

Party Cruise Restrictions

Purchase of a two-drink minimum and $14.50 departure fee per person required for Party Cruise and payable at time of reservation. All special event cruises are an additional $10.00. All cruises are subject to availability. Local, State, and Federal regulations strictly enforced on board. Violation of laws or refusal to follow direction of uniformed crew may result in refusal to board vessel or may be cause for removal from vessel. The captain may refuse any passenger to bring on board any items deemed unsafe or unsuitable. Must be 8 years or older to travel. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers nor can it be redeemed for cash. Offer not valid where prohibited by law. THis offer does not include transportation to and from the boat, taxes, parking fees or gratuities. CPC, Inc. shall not be held liable by any person for any loss, injury or damage while on any boat or dock or while in transit to and from the harbor. CPC, Inc. assumes no liability for misrepresentation made by agents or distributors of this offer that are not employees of CPC, Inc. CPC, Inc. reserves the right to change departure times or harbor. Cancellation of a cruise by a captain due to sea conditions or mechanical breakdown may occur. Alternate cruise dates will be issues. No refunds due to ticket holder cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to departure. Cancellation fees prior to 72 hours may be imposed. Failure to arrive prior to departure results in forfeiture of departure fee, beverage purchase and /or upgrade fees. Photo may not depict actual boat used for your cruise. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the uniform rules for Better Business Bureau arbitration, and the judgement upon awarded rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Use of this offer denotes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated.

Catalina Cruise Restrictions
