A. If you do not have Internet access, see if you can use a friend, coworkers, neighbors, or go to the local Kinko's.

Q. I bought a 4 day 3 night membership certificate, can I stay longer?
A. Yes, in fact to get the best rates most of the time, a one week stay is the best. You can use your certificate for up to a week--just pay the sub wholesale rate on the site.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. You cannot cancel your reservations once they are made. This is due to the fact that our prices are so low. Sub-wholesale pricing is non-refundable.

Q. How many can travel with this package?
A. You can have as many as can fit in a room or a condo, and cruises are usually per person. Members have to be the one traveling.
